Minor in Engineering Management

A minor in engineering management is available for undergraduate students in engineering. All courses in a minor must be taken for a grade. Of the five courses that are required for this minor, three are designated:

  1. ES 51 : Technical Writing
  2. ES 52 : Engineering Management
  3. CEE 53 : Engineering Economy

One must be

  1. EC 1 : Macroeconomics
    or
  2. EC 2 : Microeconomics

One must be from the following:

  1. ChemE 110 : Optimization
  2. ChemE 155 : The Chemical Processing Industries: Management, Structure, and Dynamics.
  3. CE 102 : Probability and Statistics in Engineering
  4. EC 3 : Principles of Accounting
  5. ES 151 : ES 151 Engineering Systems: Deterministic Models
  6. ME 54 : Management of Technology and Innovation
  7. PS 104 : Public Administration
  8. PS 105 : Constitutional Law
  9. PSY 17 : Industrial and Organizational Psychology
  10. SOC 122 : Organizational Behavior
