This book was written to accompany the Tufts University introductory engineering course, "Engineering in the Kitchen".

I've written it with a general audience in mind, but there are occasionally references to infrastructure which are specific to Tufts (e.g., the WiFi network or particular servers). In these cases, it should be straightforward to adapt to your environment.
