Nanoscale Integrated Sensors Circuits and Systems Laboratory Nanoscale Integrated Sensors Circuits and Systems Laboratory (Nanolab) is an interdisciplinary research group with focus on development of high performance integrated circuits and systems. Most creative ideas for innovation with a potential for a huge impact lies at the boundaries of various disciplines. With this basic philosophy, the group has formed close collaborations with researchers in diverse areas in natural sciences and engineering. Our targeted application areas quite diverse ranging from wireless communication, biomedical circuits and systems, micro analytical instrumentation, chemical and biological sensors on chip, soft electronics, nanosensors, metamaterials and terahertz electronics. Some current focus areas of research in our group are: - Nanoelectrochemical Systems on Silicon
- CMOS Image Sensors for Scientific Imaging
- CMOS-Nano Integration: CMOS For Nanoassembly and Nanofabrication
- Circuits and Systems for Wearable and Implantable Biomedical Microdevices
- Low Power and High Performance Analog to Information Converters
- Active Metamaterial Devices, Circuits and Systems
