Research Openings in NanolabThere are a couple of research assistantship opportunities for graduate students interested in PhD degree while working at NanoLab for the following two areas: (1) RF/Millimeter-wave Integrated Circuits Background in electromagnetics and/or RF/millimeter-wave devices or circuits is required. Students with an existing MS degree with project experience in this area will be preferred, however students with BS degree with a strong academic record will also be considered. (2) Biological and Chemical Sensors on CMOS Background in analog and mixed signal circuit design with a strong interest in chemical and biological sensing. Prior experience building sensor platforms is highly desirable. CMOS chip design expertise is a plus. Send an email with a CV, transcript, specific areas of interest to Dr. Sonkusale at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Research Experience for UndergraduatesUndergraduate students are needed to participate in all the on going projects in the group. Both paid and un-paid positions are available based on the project requirements. Please contact Dr. Sonkusale at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
