Notes to prospective students

I am looking for motivated PhD students to join my research group in the Fall 2022. I am particularly interested in candidates with strong mathematical background and driven curiosity for practical applications in communications and signal processing.

You can browse through my publications and LNKS group website to get an idea of the research in my group. If you are interested, you can email me (in pdf) your CV, transcripts and sample papers. Please note that I can review your files much quicker and completely if you send me all these materials.

For applicants with an MS degree, I expect strong transcripts especially in mathematical and signals/systems subjects, together with publications in conferences and/or a journal.
For direct PhD applicants from the bachelor's degree, the academic record should be stellar, plus any publication will be a strong advantage.
